Have your say on adult social care services. KCC provide adult social care services to residents across Kent. The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of health and adult social care services in England. The CQC will be visiting KCC sometime after April this year to assess how they are making a difference in Kent.

Part of the assessment will look at how they place people’s experiences at the heart of their decisions, and they expect to be assessed across the following 4 themes:
Working with people Providing support Ensuring safety Leadership Your feedback is vital to ensure people’s views are reflected within the assessment and will be used to help them complete a self-assessment ahead of the CQC’s visit.
