You may not be aware of this app for ordering medication. It offers both collection from a pharmacy such as Porters Chemist at Hales Place or free home postage by Royal Mail (in discreet packaging). I was unaware of this as usually use Patient Access. However I find that although you can see when the GP has approved the request in the Patient Access App, you cannot see whether it is ready at the pharmacy. The Hey Pharmacist app was suggested by the pharmacist and is available on both iOS and Android devices. You can also set automatic reminders and add up to 5 other authorised people directly to your account.
