I have today received an email from Mark Norton advising me of the death of his mother Mary:
My parents lived at ‘The Old Bakery’ Tyler Hill Road (my grandparents old house) until moving to France when they both retired in the late 90’s. They moved back to the UK in 2006 and now live in Chilham. I just wanted to let the Parish know of mums passing as she had many fond memories of her time as Clerk and loved the village where she grew up.
The funeral will be held at Barham crematorium at 11 am on Thursday the 1st of August (CW Lyons)
