If you haven’t received your cheque from U.K. Power Networks yet and you submitted a claim for the 15th July power cut (from 18:00 until 16th July 10:15), then you may need to telephone 0800 028 4587. I’ve just had to do exactly that after hearing people had received their cheque for £75 and I hadn’t!
